Due to the hygienic nature of our products, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted once an order has been submitted. This policy protects the integrity and quality of our hair for every customer.

To prevent delays or misunderstandings, double-check all order details — including texture, length, quantity, and product type — before completing checkout. Once your order has been processed, no changes can be made.

All orders require 5–7 business days for processing before shipment.
Once processed, please allow an additional 3 business days for shipping.
