Due to the hygienic nature of our products, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted once an order has been submitted. This policy protects the integrity and quality of our hair for every customer.
If an incorrect or defective item is received due to an error on our part, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number, photos, and a brief explanation for review.
Processing & Shipping
All orders require 5–7 business days for processing before shipment.
Once processed, please allow an additional 3 business days for shipping.
